The Northeast District Department of Health (NDDH) will be administering the H1N1 flu vaccination to students on Friday, January 8, from 9:00 - 11:30.  Only students who have returned the NDDH consent form will receive this vaccination.

Because some children may have already received the vaccination, please call the school nurse, Wendy Lupien, at 860-928-2718, to confirm that you still want your child(ren) to receive this vaccination.

The NDDH has informed us that children ages 9 and under will not receive a second vaccination at PCS.  It will be the responsibility of the parent/guardian to make arrangements through their health care provider or local clinic to receive the second vaccination approximately four weeks later.
